It was fully renovated in 2024. Thanks to its central location, all attractions, as well as the best restaurants, bars, the theatre, and the tram stop, are just a few steps away. The lively downtown atmosphere is balanced by the peaceful, quiet view of the inner courtyard.
Fast Wi-Fi and Netflix are available for both work and relaxation.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the living room has a pull-out sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, induction stove, oven, cookware, dishes, and cutlery.

You will love this place because it’s close to everything. If you enjoy the lively atmosphere during the season, like trying the best restaurants and pastry shops, and appreciate not having to walk for hours to reach the beach, then this is the perfect place for you.
We warmly welcome you all year round — in summer for swimming, and outside the season for healing and relaxation.
The location of our apartment is unbeatable. We offer this comfortable accommodation in the very best spot. The thermal spa is right next door, and Europe’s most famous and largest bath complex is also within arm’s reach.
The entire apartment is yours. Two guests can rest comfortably on the double bed, and two (children) can sleep on the pull-out sofa in the same space. The small kitchenette is well equipped, and various restaurants are also nearby. There is a shop in the building as well.
The private bathroom has a shower. Upon request, we can also provide a baby cot, baby bathtub, and high chair.
What can guests use?
Guests can use the entire apartment.
If needed, we can also provide a free parking space in the underground garage, accessible for vehicles under 185 cm in height.
